The Irrelevancy of Time by Bike Snob


As I looked into Hold Fast straps and Chicago Wig's Street Straps I began to wonder how something like those straps had taken so long to create. Then I thought, maybe the fixie trend was so trendy that it blinded people for awhile. Now that things have settled, some really useful and innovative companies have emerged with products that work. Sure enough Bike Snob NYC had already written something to this effect. Bike Snob NYC says, "...while big bicycle designers try to sell the most useless aspects of the fixed-gear trend, there are occasionally useful products that develop organically."
