My new wheelset

I've been having a pretty tedious time deciding on which wheelset to buy for my Blue RC4. Don't want to make any hasty purchases. The big question on my mind is, "Should I handbuild a custom wheelset and spend a bit more cheddar, buy a Zipp wheelset and spend too much, or buy a reliable/ aero shimano dura ace wheelset. I've been researching wheels for about two weeks now and every little bit of info has been absorbed into my brain and pondered upon. Here is a video from Competitive cyclist that helped me out a bit.
